Plant Description:
Liana, 5 m long. Growing up into canopy of remnant patch of Psydrax oderate. Milky sap. Leaves opposite to whorled. Flowers orange. Fruit black and glossy when ripe. Many seedlings in understory.
Habitat:
Mesic-dry forest dominated by Schinus terebinthifolia and Psidium cattleianum.
Associated Species:
Scattered Pandanus tectorius individuals and remnant patches of Psydrax oderata. Ground cover dominated by Blechnum glandulosum.
