Locality:
Hapatoni village, 1-2 km N of village on trailleading to Vaitahu.
Plant Description:
Tree 6 m x 10 cm, cauli- and ramiflorous. Mature fruit green, muricate, ovoid, 20 x 12 cm, seeds brownish-black. Probably cultivated, apparently not naturalized.
Associated Species:
With Cocos nucifera, Mangifera indica, Aleurites, Musa, Morinda citrifolia, and Inocaprus edulis dominant.
