Plant Description:
Shrub of four ft. spreading along roadside; leaves glossy dark green with white midvein, below dull pale green with whitish raised mid & secondary veins; bracts orange-red with yellow at base, rachis yellowish.
Associated Species:
Secondary vegetation of Heliconia, Croton, Syngonium, Metroxylon, and Tectaria.
