Ethnobotanical Notes:
Leaves: Stopper. Use leaves as kettle stopper. Also makes water taste better.
Roots: Eyewash. Scrape the roots with a knife. Put scrapings into clotha dn squeeze into person's eyes to stop itching and blurriness.
Leaves: Stomachache. Take rolled up part of the plant and break off 4 1" pieces. Eat these to treat upset stomach.
