Plant Description:
Clumping perennial herb, rhizomes on stilt roots, pseudostems 2-2.5 m, lvs. Distichous, corrugated, green. Inflorescence basal, bracts waxy deep red w white margins, labellum red w white margins. NTBG 020033.012, grown from seed from Lyon Arboretum.
