Forest patches of Metrosideros-Cheirodendron interspersed with Psychotria, Coprosma, Myrsine, Broussaisia, Tetraplasandra, Kadua, Melicope, Perrottetia, ferns of Dicranopteris, Sticherus, Sphenomeris, Selaginella, Pneumatopteris, Asplenium, Sadleria.
