Plant Description:
Uncommon herb, occuring only as widely scattered individuals.
Habitat:
Weathered cinder cone with scattered to dense vegetation. Pluchea indica the dominant shrub with herb layer a mixture of native (Jaquemontia, Sicyos, Panicum, Waltheria) and alien species (Cenchrus spp., Gnaphalium, Ageratum, & Sonchus).
