Plant Description:
Grouped w/ Plants # 2 & 4. Branched 2 ft. from ground, 2 headed, 4.5 ft. tall. Leaves green w/ thick purple margin, blade w/ margin erose teeth pointing forward, purple tipped. New leaves w/ margins and midribs purple. Petioles, leaf margin & midrib tinged purple. Lower leaf surface shinny green. Blade widest below middle, petiole almost as long as leaf blade, base of leaf attenuate. White sap.
Associated Species:
W/Rauvolfia sandwicensis, Cordyline, Hisbicus kokio, Alyxia, Chamesyce celastroides var. hanapepensis, Psydrax odorata, Ficus, and Clidemia hirata.
