One of the five most popular Nangai cultivars from Vanuatu which is treasured for its light, delicious and uniquely mild nutty flavor and affectionately referred to as "Easy Bite" by the islanders as its shells are thinner so they can even be cracked with the teeth (your dentist will love these). Easy Bite could be ideal for commercial growers because of the relative ease in which the kernels can be shelled.
