Plant Description:
Small erect herb to six ft; petiole pale green with irregular maroon mottling; fronds dark green with maroon midvein bordered with pale green bands, below glossy grey-green with pale green to maroon midvein; inflorescence erect; peduncle yellow to pale green; lowest bract with leaf-like appendage; rachis yellow; face scarlet then orange-yellow and finally dark green at margin, margin revolute; flower white at base then dark green with white apex.
Habitat:
In secondary vegetation along roadside.
