Plant Description:
Tree 7 m tall (reaches 10-12 m.), trunk straight, 40 cm diam., branches pendulous. Phyllodes grayish green, pods curling. Locally dominant, regenerating profusely.
Habitat:
Mixed mesophytic forest.
Associated Species:
With Acacia koa dominant.
