5 ft tall herb, flower is maroon. N.V. dihng weitahta [Pohnpeian].
Ethnobotanical Notes:
Young Leaves. Boils. For deep boil. Take 4 young leaves, pound, put in a piece of cloth and squeeze into a cup of water then drink. Drink one cup a day at first signs of boil for 4 days.
