Plant Description:
Shrubs 3-4 m tall, sparsely branching. Young inflorescence purplish, terminal. Locally common in understory, naturalized.
Habitat:
Secondary forest.
Associated Species:
Psidium cattleyanum with native remnants including Pandanus, Acacia koa, and Hibiscus.
