Acaulescent herb deeply rooted in mud, lvs. erect, U-shaped, dk. green. Infl. axillary, erect, sape & bract pale green; flrs. w green tubes, lobes white, filament & style purple; fragrant (4 pm). Cult (ex Waimea Arboretum). NTBG acc.#910534
