Plant Description:
Leaves dark green above with whitish-green midvein, below grey-green, glossy with pale yellowish-green midvein; inflorescence erect, peduncle dull pale orange-red; lowest bract: keel green, leaf tipped, face dark scarlet running to midrib of leaf tip, becoming red below green margin; upper bracts pale greenish-orange at base, keel greenish, face scarlet, near apex red, margin green; bracts orange within; floral bracts whitish-green; flower white at base, becoming dark green with whitish apex.
Habitat:
Secondary vegetation along roadside.
Comments:
Specimen consists of two sheets (058837 & 058838).
