Plant Description:
Shrub 7 ft. tall. Blunt oblong lvs, white flowers. Lvs shinny green above w/ impressed yellow petiole and midrib. Below white-green w/ dk green reticulate venation. Pubescent along base of midrib. Calyx purple-yellow-green. Sap white. Corolla w purple at base, hanging below lvs. 12 heads on 10 main branches. Stems dk brown.
Habitat:
Pandanus-Disopyros Mesic forest.

W/ Aleurites, Pittosporum napaliense, Diospyros, Pritchardia napaliensis, Diospyros sandwichensis, D. hillebrandii, Rauvolfia, Charpentiera densiflora, Alyxia, Bidens, Bobea, Cordyline, Ochrosia, Psydrax, Psychotria mariniana, Peucedanum, Wikstroemia oahuensis, Freycinetia.
