Haiku, Kane Rd, E of Giggle Hill and Lilikoi Gulch.
Plant Description:
Vine, patch about 10 m × 10 m; Leaves green, 3-lobed with 2 glands at base; flowers red, corona red, white, petals w. awn at tip. Cultivated or sparingly naturalized. Contacted by neighbor (R. Emory) of person who planted it says its coming over to his yard and spreading into gulch. It was climbing trees & sprawling on vegetation. Grape leaved passion fruit.
Habitat:
Low, mesic gulch/residential.

Associated vegetation: Spathodea campanulata, Psidium cattleianum.
