Plant Description:
3 ft tall on stream wall. Leaves dark green above, white-green below, smell when crushed. Old leaves and fruit dry and hanging. Upper stem grey-green pubescent, lower brown. NTBG acc. #080169.
Habitat:
Mixed Mesic Forest.
Associated Species:
W/ Metrosideros, Nestegis, Dodonea viscosa, Melicope feddei, M. ovata, Hedyotis terminalis, Dubautia, Carex, Hedyotis foggiana, Diospyros, Psilotum, Diospyros, Pleomele aurea, Boehmeria grandis, Psilotum, Pipturus, Chamaesyce celastroides.
