Ridge south of Omoa village, leading from coast southeast towards Tefatutea peak. Elevation 5-320 m.
Plant Description:
Shrub, 4 m, ripe fruit red, edible. Naturalized, 130 m.
Habitat:
Steep rocky slopes: lower parts with secondary shrubland.
Associated Species:
Eugenia uniflora. Psidium guajava, Morinda citrifolia, Waltheria tomentosa, Triumfetta, Tephrosia purpurea; upper parts with Dodonaea viscosa, Casuarina equisetifolia, & open areas with Melinus.
