Tree of 25 ft.; leaves glossy dark green above, semi-glossy paler below with whitish midvein; immature fruit pale green with whitish-green "glands" (?).

Secondary vegetation.
Associated Species:
Dominated by Syzygium cumini, Schefflera actinophylla, and Macaranga tanarius.
