Hakahau Valley: in the yard of a local resident in the main village.
Plant Description:
A tree, 5 m tall x 66 cm in diameter, bark grey; ripe fruits very large, immature fruits 14 cm x 12 cm, subglobose-ellipsoid, pebbled surface, stigmas shortly conical, peduncles 8 cm; pillose hairs. Tree heavily pruned. "Mei kokau nui".
