Eirke. Collected in agroforest near roadside beside ais, nihn, and dohng. Collected from Relio's house.
Plant Description:
A tree. Leaf upper dark green, lower light green. Leaf soft and thick. Arrangement is alternate. Petiole is brown. Young shoot is brownish. N.V. marasau [Pohnpeian].
Ethnobotanical Notes:
Use: Fruits for making rats go away. Gather the fruits, doesn't matter how many, pound, put into a pocket of water and pour everywhere that you could find rats.
