Plant Description:
Trees 5-8 m. ht. common, scattered, leaves orbicular to broadly ovate- elliptic, lower surface grayish velvety tomentose. margins crenate, calyx 3 - 4 cm. long, flowers white, fragrant, large, staminal column large.
Habitat:
Mixed mesic forest.
