Hanalei valley, up valley past 9th stream crossing, 100 meters east of Hanalei River, approx. 5 miles up valley.
Plant Description:
4 trees seen , trees 10-12 feet high with flower buds, no open flowers and no fruit.
Habitat:
In mixed native forest with alien species.
Associated Species:
Metrosideros, Pisonia, Psychotria, Freycinetia arborea, Dicranopteris linearis, and weeds Psidium guajava, Paspalum conjugatum, Clidemia hirta and Lantana camara.
