Plant Description:
About 25 trees at this site, 5-8 meters ht. with few fruit, leaves broadly ovate- elliptic, lower surface grayish velvety tomentose, hairs stellate, margins crenate- serrate, flowers fragrant, red staminal column, calyx 1.5- 2.5 cm lg.

Aleutites moluccana Metrosideros, Pipturus, Bidens, Pisonia, Piper methysticum, Cordyline, Oplismenus, Psidium guajava, Blechnum, Ageratina riparia, Hibiscus waimeae subsp. hannerae, Cyrtandra confert iflora, Colocasia esculenta, Cibotium, Sadleria, Macherina.
