Iao Valley, up Nakalaloa stream.
Plant Description:
Several scattered shrubs along stream near string of waterfalls, 12 - 15 feet high with flowers red, about 6- 10 plants seen, more in area probably.
Associated Species:
In mostly Alien veg. with Aleurites moluccana, Psidium guajava, Cordyline fruticosa, Sadleria, Blechnum, Ageratum adenophora, Thelypteris parasitica, Metrosideros, Pisonia, Pipturus, Musa, Pluchea, Diplazium sandwichianum.
