Waianae, "Tracks Beach", just W of the power plant.
Plant Description:
Shrubss about 3 ft. tall. Yellow flowers, capsules green w/ black dots calyx entire, capsule turning brown at maturity, leaves and bracts grey-green, white to orange-brown fuzz on seeds. Costal dry mixed community. 7 mature plants in immediate area. Associated Plants: Scaevola taccada, Leucaena leucocephala Prosopis pallida, Solanum, grasses.
