Plant Description:
Canopy tree c. 6 m tall with 2 trunks 74 and 30 cm dbh, bark smooth, gray, fissured, crown spreading. Flwoers pale green ish white, with sweet fragrance. Fruit cupule white turning red, seed black. Common, indigenous. Samoan name: pu`a

Littoral forest.
