Plant Description:
Small tree or shrub 2 m tall; leaves thick, fleshy; corolla bright yellow, fleshy. Locally common. Endemic.
Habitat:
Areas of low rain forest and shrubland dominated by Metrosideros, alternating with open boggy areas dominated by native grasses and sedges.
