Plant Description:
Herb about 2 ft (0.6 m) tall has large leaf, green upper and lower. N.V. "Ongenpele [Pohnpeian]."
Ethnobotanical Notes:
Tuber: For ghost sickness. Pull up the tubers, clean, pound, put into a "Weipwul" or Morinda citrifolia leaf, and rub all over the sick person's body. Apply when the person starts to feel sick.
