Herb, 20 cm tall, tuber yellowish. Comestible; soup mixing.
Ethnobotanical Notes:
Tuber: Analgesic. Mangrove sickness "Soumwahu en naniak," headache, back pain, and joint pain. Grind the tuber, mix it with other plants, wrap in coconut fiber and squeeze in 1/2 gallon of water. Drink this amount of medicine everyday for four or six days.
