Plant Description:
3 m tall tree; 12 cm diam. at base; in fruit; 30± plants on cliffs with 330° aspect.
Habitat:
North facing native xeric cliffs above native-alien xeric forest.
Associated Species:
W/ Artemisia, Nototrichium sandwicense, Chamaesyce cel., Wilkesia gym., Lobelia niihauensis, Peucedanum, Bidens, Hibiscadelphus distans, Bobea timonioides, Fleuggia, Erythrina sand., Diospyros, Myrsine, Euphorbia haeleeleana; Gahnia aspera var. globosa.
