Plant Description:
tree, 7 m tall, 30 cm dia at base, trunk gray-white or gray-brown, leaves translucent, with flower and fruit, ca 400 m up stream from main trail, north side of stream near top of spring, single tree
Habitat:
Fresh running springs with short running waterfalls and plunge-pool, riparian vegetation with 50% open Aleurites with Psidium guajava.
Associated Species:
w/ native Psychotria mariniana & Machaerina angustifolia
