Plant Description:
Tree 10 m, bole 1.2 m in diam., branching at 1.5 m, bark pale grey, longitudinally fissured, crown spreading, phyllodes grayish green. Flowers light yellow, faintly fragrant. Locally dominant.
Habitat:
Mixed mesophytic forest of Acacia koa and Metrosideros along ridgetop.
