Na Pali Coast Trail, ca 1 mile SW of Ke'e Beach, just NE of Hanakapiai Valley; north-facing slope. alt. 140-150 m.
Plant Description:
Tree 4 m tall, bole 10 cm dbh, bark brownish gray, crown low and spreading. Flowers creamy white. Follicles brown, straight. Population of 18-20 trees extending up ridge.
Associated Species:
Pandanus, Acacia, scattered Metrosideros, and dense stands of Dicranopteris.
