Na Pali Coast Trail, ca 1 mile SW of Ke'e Beach, just NE of Hanakapiai Valley; north-facing slope. alt. 140-150 m.
Plant Description:
Tree 4 m tall, bole 20 cm in diam., 2 m high, phyllodes medium green. Flowers creamy white. Pods straight, brown, with seeds lengthwise. Population of 18-20 trees. Dominant on ridges, above 100 m. elevation.
Associated Species:
Pandanus, Acacia, scattered Metrosideros, and dense stands of Dicranopteris.
