Join us on June 26th, 2019 for our monthly lecture series with Michael J. DeMotta, NTBG Curator of Living Collections and Kevin Houck, NTBG Plant Records Manager.
Topic: Living Collections and Conservation at NTBG, Kauai
Michael J. DeMotta will detail some of the rare Hawaiian plant conservation projects that he has been involved with on Kauai over the past few years. He will discuss new techniques that NTBG has employed as part of their conservation horticulture initiative and the many ways NTBG supports rare plant conservation within the organization.
Topic: Living Collections Inventory: April 2018 Flood Event on Kauai
