Visitor Program Associate – Casual

Lāwaʻi, Kauaʻi

We are seeking an organized and people-focused Visitor Program Associate for our Lāwaʻi Gardens Visitor Center. As the primary point of contact for guests, this role serves as an ambassador for NTBG’s mission, welcoming global visitors and community members to Allerton Garden and McBryde Garden while ensuring a high-quality experience that aligns with our organizational values.

Key areas of responsibility

Greet and assist visitors, manage reservations and tour bookings, and answer inquiries in person and over the phone.
Conduct merchandise sales, manage transaction accuracy via POS system, and maintain store inventory and displays.
Assist with educational activities, visitor center displays, and special projects as directed by management.

Requirements

Strong customer service, cashiering, and POS experience.
Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Pay Range: $19.14 – $21.39 per hour
