You’re invited to a morning of renewal, balance, and connection for our last program celebrating The Blue in Our Veins. 

Guided by the serene hues and flowing energy of our exhibition, The Blue in Our Veins, this event offers a journey of grounding and discovery—where art and movement come together in harmony.

We will begin with a gentle movement practice to center body and mind, followed by a hands-on art workshop led by the exhibiting artists to spark creativity. A tranquil meditation will open space for reflection, before we close with a guided tour of the exhibition—a poetic exploration of water, atmosphere, and the deep connections that shape us.

Join us for a morning where movement awakens, art flows, and the blue within us comes alive.

Light bites and refreshments will be served. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Rates are $25 for NTBG Members, $35 for non-members.
