Join local artist Eileen Seitz for her class series at The Kampong. Eileen will guide you in creating art in nature to promote healing and wellbeing. All required materials for participation will be provided for use during class but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Each class will involve time in the garden so sun and insect protection is highly recommended.
This class is offered as either a 2 day or 4 day course.
2 Day Mixing Colors + Drawing course
Join Eileen for 2 days of seeing and drawing from nature using the living collection and beautiful views of The Kampong. Participants will learn the basics of color theory, composition and geometry to see and sketch their favorite view of the garden. Class meets on the following Saturdays: October 18 and 25.
Rates are $60 for NTBG Members, $70 for non-members
4 Day Mixing Colors + Drawing and Painting course
Participants enrolled in this course will learn the basics of color theory, composition and geometry to see and sketch their favorite view of the garden then continue expanding their skills by understanding color combination and placement.
