Join us at The Kampong for gentle morning vinyasa yoga. This class combines movement, relaxation, meditation and will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. You are invited to explore the Kampong after class, bring a picnic or just relax on the lawn. All levels are welcome, please bring your own mat.
The cost of the class is $20 for non-members and $10 for members.

Non-members, RSVP at 305-908-2410 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Pay online now or bring cash to pay on site. Credit card payments must be paid in advance and a small processing fee will be applied.
A minimum number of 7 people is required for the class to be held. In the event that the minimum number of spots have not been met, you will be notified of a rescheduled time and or refunded your credit card purchase if you booked online.
Sam is a registered yoga teacher (200-hour) whose mission is to help students find a healthy balance in life and create an inner journey towards freedom and empowerment. After living abroad for 6 years, Sam never thought that her most significant trip would be the journey inward. She began practicing yoga after returning from Rwanda where she spent one year working with orphaned youth. She found a way to reconnect with herself and transformed her life to focus on wellness and healthy living. For Sam, yoga is a lifestyle that cultivates clarity, freedom, and compassion, both on and off the mat. She encourages her students to explore yoga with an open mind and be curious about where their yoga journey takes them. When she is not on her mat, Sam enjoys reading, photography, and loves all forms of movement from boxing to salsa.
