You can receive up-to-date information from the Garden’s website directly onto your computer. NTBG provides a “news feed” that will let you know, almost in real time, when we have posted new information of interest in one of the following categories:
News and Other Announcements
Lectures & Workshops
Other Public Events
Employment opportunities
Volunteer opportunities
This is accomplished through a distribution tool called RSS (Really Simple Syndication), which is designed to share information from any website that provides this type of feed. Pages that accommodate RSS usually reflect the RSS icon.
If you are not currently using RSS to receive new feeds from other websites, you will need to download a RSS reader program.* Once you download and install the reader, simply enter NTBG’s news feed address in that program.

Your reader program should alert you when new announcements have been posted to NTBG’s site.
