Celebrate Royal Poinciana Fiesta at The Kampong

This June South Floridians once again celebrate the Royal Poinciana tree's explosion of color during the Annual Royal Poinciana Fiesta.
Nowhere is more appropriate to admire this beautiful flowering tree than at The Kampong, former home and personal garden of David and Marian Fairchild, who are reputed to have started the festival, now known as the fiesta, 75 years ago.
