NTBG’s Kōkua Public Lecture Series presents:

GIS at NTBG: Putting Conservation on the Map
by Matt Lucas, NTBG GIS Coordinator

What is GIS? How it is used at NTBG? How is it used in plant conservation in Hawai`i? Matt will show how this technology helps conservationists in the Islands.

NTBG’s volunteer group on Kaua`i, Nā Lima Kōkua, will host the evening, inviting the public to join them for an optional potluck dinner prior to the talk.
